Applications
This ATF is developed for use in the newest 9G-Tronic automatic transmission of the Series W9A 700 by Mercedes-Benz, also known as NAG3 (New Automatic Transmission of the 3rd Generation). It should be used in MB automatic transmissions requiring the specification MB 236.17. It is backward compatible with the former MB 236.16.
Performance
This lubricant shows a very good lubricity even at low temperatures and has therefore a very low pour point. It has a high and stable viscosity index. Very good protection against corrosion and excellent friction characteristics.
