Returns and Exchange Policy

This Returns and Exchange Policy (hereinafter: the Policy) sets out the procedure for returning and exchanging goods purchased in the branded online store wolfoil.shop. The Seller under the contract of sale is the Limited Liability Company "ALTIMO" (LLC "ALTIMO"), EDRPOU code 39286644, registered address: 02028, Kyiv, vul. Saperno-Slobidska, 8 (hereinafter: the Seller).

The wolfoil.shop store offers genuine Wolf-branded oils and lubricants supplied through the exclusive official importer of Wolf in Ukraine, the company ASG (Auto Standard Group). The Seller acts as the seller of the goods and bears liability within the limits provided by the legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce". The Seller is not an official representative office of Wolf Oil Corporation and does not act on behalf of the brand.

  1. General terms of returns and exchange

    The Seller grants the Buyer the right to return or exchange the purchased goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the day of receiving the order, without unnecessary questions regarding the reasons for such a decision.

    This term is more favorable to the Buyer than the minimum term provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" for non-food goods of proper quality (not less than 14 days). Your rights established by the legislation of Ukraine are not limited thereby and remain in full force.

    We specifically draw attention to the fact that the return of goods of improper quality (defective goods) is carried out on the basis of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and is not limited by the conditions set out below regarding the preservation of factory packaging and the integrity of seals.

  2. Conditions for accepting goods for return or exchange

    Goods of proper quality are accepted for return or exchange provided that all of the following conditions are met simultaneously:

    • the goods have not been used and are unopened and undamaged;
    • the factory packaging of the goods is preserved without any signs of opening or damage;
    • the merchantable appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels (tags) and complete set of the goods are preserved;
    • a document is available that confirms the fact and conditions of purchasing the goods specifically from the Seller (a delivery note, receipt, or other settlement document).

    If at least one of the listed conditions is not met, the Seller has the right to refuse the return or exchange of goods of proper quality.

  3. Goods not subject to return or exchange

    Given the specific nature of the products, the return and exchange of goods of proper quality is not possible if the packaging of the goods has been opened or the goods have been used.

    Opened or used oils and technical fluids (motor and transmission oils, hydraulic and brake fluids, antifreeze, lubricants and related products) are not subject to return or exchange. This is due to the fact that the said products are a technical fluid: after the factory packaging has been opened, they lose their merchantable appearance, and their further safe sale becomes impossible.

    The above restriction does not apply to cases where defects (faults) of the goods are detected. Matters regarding the return of goods of improper quality are resolved in accordance with Section 1 of this Policy and the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

  4. Procedure for arranging a return

    To arrange a return of goods, you need to take the following steps:

    1. contact the Seller by phone at (095) 295-8899 or (097) 591-8899, or by email at [email protected], within the term specified in Section 1 of this Policy;
    2. provide your order number, contact details and the reason for returning the goods;
    3. based on the results of the request, agree with the manager on the method of returning the goods to the Seller and the further steps.

    After the goods are received, the Seller inspects them for compliance with the conditions specified in Section 2 of this Policy.

  5. Refund of funds

    Payment for goods in the wolfoil.shop store is made in the form of prepayment by transferring funds to the Seller's current account (IBAN), LLC "ALTIMO".

    If the goods are accepted for return, the funds are refunded to the Buyer to the same bank account from which the payment for the order was received. The refund is made after the Seller has actually received the returned goods and inspected them for compliance with the return conditions.

    The refund is made within the term provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" and within the timeframes for carrying out banking operations. The amount to be refunded is determined taking into account Section 7 of this Policy regarding delivery costs.

  6. Exchange of goods for another item

    At your request, instead of a refund, goods of proper quality may be exchanged for another item from the assortment of the wolfoil.shop store, provided that the requirements of Section 2 of this Policy are met.

    If the cost of the item chosen for the exchange differs from the cost of the previously purchased goods, the difference in price is subject to additional payment by the Buyer or to a refund to the Buyer in accordance with Section 5 of this Policy. The possibility of an exchange depends on the availability of the desired item in stock at the time of the request.

  7. Return shipping costs

    The costs of delivering the goods to the Seller upon the return or exchange of goods of proper quality are borne by the Buyer.

    If goods of improper quality (defective goods) are returned, or if the return is caused by the Seller's error (in particular, sending goods other than those ordered, or an incomplete set), the return shipping costs are borne by the Seller. In such a case, the method of compensation or of arranging the return shipping is agreed with the manager during the request.

    Please note that the delivery of goods is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" service at the carrier's rates, and courier delivery within the city of Kyiv is 100 UAH. Delivery is carried out after the prepayment has been received.

Final provisions

By placing an order in the wolfoil.shop store, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to it. Matters not regulated by this Policy are resolved in accordance with the public contract (offer) (see the public offer) and the current legislation of Ukraine. The procedure for processing your personal data during the arrangement and handling of returns is determined in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and in the Privacy Policy.
